摘要: 本研究應用創新密集服務分析模式,來分析碳捕獲系統設計服務商,在採用燃燒後捕獲系統提供服務時的策略定位。研究方法採用文獻分析、專家訪談與問卷調查的研究方法,針對服務價值活動與外部資源的各個關鍵成功因素進行評量分析。 研究結果顯示,碳捕獲系統設計服務商,現階段的策略定位為“選擇型服務/製程創新”,其服務價值活動以【測試認證】、【行銷】、【交付】、【售後服務】與【支援活動】為重要構面;外部資源以【技術】與【服務】為重要構面。 未來的策略定位預期內部為“特定型服務/製程創新”;外部為“特定型服務/組織創新”,其服務價值活動以【測試認證】、【行銷】、【交付】、【售後服務】與【支援活動】等六大構面為重要構面;外部資源則以【服務】與【市場】為重要構面。
This thesis applies an integrated model of innovation intensive services (IIS) to analyze the future strategic prospects of carbon capture system design service vander while they provide services via the post-combustion capture system. Research methods include literature review, expert interview, questionnaire and statistics analyses to assess key success factors of value activities and externalities. Results show the present positions as “Selective Service/Process Innovation” with the support of value activities including Validation, Marketing, Delivery, After and Supporting as well as externalities of Technology and Servicing. Future expects are to move to the position of “Restricted Service/Organizational Innovation” with a support of value activities including Validation, Marketing, Delivery, After and Supporting as well as externalities of Servicing and Market.
