摘要: 應科技日新月異相關科技產品的生命週期越來越短,尤其是消費性電子產品往往只有半年到一年的生命週期,因此廠商們無不積極從事新產品之開發研究,並且必須快速的推出搶佔市場。就SMT專業打件廠而言,廠商的技術都已經相當純熟在製程上的水準差異不大,在產品的生產時間所能縮短的時間其實也相當有限,所以在新產品試產的時間長短就顯得相當的重要。 運用限制理論為基礎發展出之關鍵鏈專案管理,在控管專案時程可達成相當顯著的成效。本研究將探討SMT產業新產品之試產程序,明確定義新產品試產類型,開發專案中各階段目的與任務,並清楚定義試產專案中各相關部門任務職掌,建立SMT產業之新產品試產標準程序及規範。藉由新產品試產導入關鍵鏈專案管理有效控管開發專案的流程,充分運用各項資源,提升整體開發效益。
Due to the increase in speed of technology innovation, especially in consuming electronic products often only has half year to a year life cycle, therefore various merchant is engaged in development the new production order to push into the market fast. In SMT assembly, the technological ability of every manufacturer is very similar. Moreover, there is an limitation to shorten the cycle time, so the most important is to shorten the new product pilot run period. Critical Chain Project Management applies Theory of Constraints could achieve the remarkable result in the control special case time interval. The purpose of the research focuses on the SMT assembly's new produces “pilot run” flow. Furthermore, it defines the new product development type and the duty of the related development in the new project. The Critic Chain Project Management development was used to manage the new product development flow, through the setting-up of the management system, it allows each department to fully utilize all resources, and increase the overall development benefits.
