Abstract: 半導體產業是我國重要的產業之一,台灣在半導體產業鏈除了設備之外在設計、製造、封裝及測試領域都已取得領先的地位。若能強化設備一環,將可以讓整體產業鏈更加完整。本研究以個案研究的方式,針對半導體設備廠商做營運模式探討,選擇具代表性的個案公司分析其外部現實、內部活動與財務目標透過往復式流程產生結果。以五力分析、SWOT分析與深度訪談方式探討外部現實,內部活動及往復式流程的運作並藉由財務報表分析其產生的結果,本研究勾勒出個案公司在經營模式組成與往復式流程的運作下產生正向的結果。希望此模式能運用於其它企業,定期重新檢視經營模式,調整企業文化,找出經營潮流下足以勝出的特質並加以發揮。
The Semiconductor industry is one of the most important business sectors for Taiwan. Excluding the Semiconductor Capital Equipment, Taiwan has taken a leadership role in the area of design, manufacturing, packaging and testing in the industry. If the equipment area can be strengthened, the entire semiconductor food chain will be even more complete. As a case study for this research, going into depth on Semiconductor Capital Equipment operation, a classic equipment company has been chosen to analyze the external reality, internal activities and financial target to get result from an iteration process. Using Five Forces Analysis, SWOT analysis and in-depth interview to review the external reality and internal activities and repetitive process along with the financial reports to see the result.It will portray the positive outcome as the result of the business model and repetitive process of the company.Hopefully, this can be utilized by other enterprises to regularly review the operating model and adjust the corporate culture in order to find the winning way over the competitions.
