我國營建產業未來之發展方向與策略探討

Abstract

台灣營建產業環境是多變化的，廠商經營的策略選擇各有差異，本研究是在我國簽訂海峽兩岸經濟合作架構協議ECFA後，分析亞洲主要國家營建產業的現況，並參考歐洲先進國家的營建產業發展現況，在節能減碳已成為營建產業新顯學的全球趨勢下，思考台灣營建產業的未來。本研究藉由文獻的搜集、分析、整理與比較，釐清台灣營建產業的優劣勢，並透過SWOT分析，建議符合最佳優勢與機會(SO)之策略方案。

Taiwan’s construction industry environment is so varied that the related companies have to adjust their management strategies in order to cope with the changing environment. Especially after the signing of Economic Cooperation Framework Agreement (EFCA) across the straits, each industry, let alone the construction industry, all underwent a fundamental change in their relative business environment. Based on this observation, this study will first analyze the current status of construction industry in several Asian major countries with reference to the present development of construction industry in certain European advanced countries. Then, this study will continue to map out a future for Taiwan’s construction industry with an attempt to follow the trend of globalized carbon reduction as the emerging prominent subject in the construction industry around the world and to counter the impacts of changing economic situations after the signing of EFCA. By collecting, analyzing and reviewing related literature and data, this dissertation will attempt to clarify the strengths and weaknesses of Taiwan’s construction industry. In addition, A SWOT analysis will be adopted to propose a strategic plan that can unleash the best strengths and opportunities of Taiwan’s construction industry.
