摘要: | 由於來恐怖事件迭起,安防產業亦蓬勃發展。數位化、網路化、無線化的技術發展,影響了視訊監控產業的產業結構,也吸引資訊、網路、通訊業者進積極入這此一高獲利的利基市場。
早期各類B2B產業,其一階通路經營模式或是業務拓展模式皆是透過傳統個人經驗法則及市場同業慣例判斷之,在缺乏科學根據或統計基礎支撐下,大部分廠商都無法精準依據經銷商問卷滿意度回饋找出自身競爭優勢在哪哩,充其量只有基本的產品策略。本研究欲透過產業分析的理論架構導引,針對安防產業(以外商公司群體)進行有系統的競爭力與優劣勢分析。
本研究透過多元尺度量法以及集群分析之統計學方法找出各競爭者的優劣勢為何以及市場現況知覺定位,於此同時也可看出本案研究對象現行通路策略、產品策略、品牌經營是否真實反映在通路經營績效可達成預期效果,進而進行資源 重新分配、或是銷售政策改變以提高公司整體優勢。
在目前產業皆是高度競爭的環境下,惟有充分了解敵人是誰,誰是朋友,找出自身競爭力方是生存之道。 Increased Homeland Security funding and technological advancements in security and wireless throughput have driven the accelerated adoption of surveillance systems. These days, with safety a high-profile concern, opportunities for solution providers abound. This study is presented to a company whose competitive strategy has yielded significant gains in market share during and also executed an innovative strategy within the existing competitive landscape, empowering the company to overtake the competition. The assessment of B2B surveillance industry should look at the strengths and weaknesses of your independent business. From the Statistical Cluster Analysis, a hierarchical competitive market can be analyzed. Specialized and integrated surveillance industry complexes have competitive strength, and the company can build on channel strategy and product/brand management to the benefit through the study. Having strengthened in surveillance market , offer market leading grown solutions, as well as through a successful acquisition and effective partnerships with channel and technology partners. |
