摘要: 在本論文中,提出了一個控制近代汽車電子節氣門之電子控制器的設計與應用,我們採用的電子節氣門是Saab公司的91 88 186,它是靠著一個無刷直流馬達來驅動的,這個電子控制器主要是由Myson公司的開發公板CS8961 A0 MAIN EV BOARD V1.0,加上光耦合器與H-bridge功率放大器來隔絕雜訊和功率放大到12伏特跟5安培,我們另外製作了一個新的電子控制器CS8961 TEST BOARD V1_0,因為它支援CAN bus車用網路介面和方便應用在實車上,這塊新的電子控制器可以很成功的控制實際的電子節氣門。其他可以應用在汽車上的有重渦輪增壓控制、自動化壓力控制、引擎室進氣控制等...。本論文的最後目標是整合電子節氣門控制器與汽車引擎電腦(ECU) - Saab Trionic 5到實車上,在實車的應用上展示這個電子控制器實際的動力。
In this paper, the design and implementation of the electronic controller for the control of electronic throttle of modern automobiles is proposed. The electronic throttle we adopted is SAAB 91 88 186, which is driven by a DC brushless motor. The electronic controller mainly consists of CS8961 A0 MAIN EV BOARD V1.0 from Myson Company with Optical Coupler for noise isolation and H-bridge for power booster up to 12V, 5 amp. This new electronic controller is actually the “CS8961 TEST BOARD V1_0”. Due to the embedded CAN bus hardware, this “CS8961 TEST BOARD V1_0” even supports the CAN bus interface for real automobile applications. This new controller has been applied directly to control the real electronic throttle successfully. Other automobile applications will be the heavy turbo charger control, or the APC (Automatic Pressure Control), ventilation control for engine room, … , etc. The final aim of this project is to integrate this electronic throttle controller in real automobile with existing engine ECU, such as Saab Tronic 5, so as to demonstrate the real power of this electronic controller for real automobile applications.
