dc.description.abstract本篇論文將微型化寬頻耦合器實際製作出來。並且把凹洞技術應用設計將其置於整體耦合器的兩條訊號線中間去增強耦合器的耦合效應。因此,此耦合器能夠在有限的小面積中達到高的耦合量。整體耦合器的大小只有1340 x 4750 平方微米。我們利用全波電磁分析將該實驗模擬完畢並且將其設計整個實做出來。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractIn this work, a miniaturized wide band micromachined directional couple onstrated. A slot structure is applied to the design and utilized to enhance the pling between the signal lines. Therefore, the proposed coupler can achieve hi pling within a smaller area. The overall size of the proposed coupler is 0 uM. The final dimensions are obtained with the use of full-wave elec ysis. The validity of the proposed design is confirmed experimentally.en_US
