dc.description.abstract膠結材料取代水泥、添加膠結材料取代部分水泥,成為現今混凝土改革的熱門議題,適當的利用膠結材料取代水泥可使混凝土具有不同特性。新型的混凝土除成本降低、亦符合現今的環保議題,成為時代的趨勢。為避免混凝土預拌廠商的超量取代,造成與報表不符的情形,國內正缺乏一種可提供快速檢驗的機制。 本研究目的為,混凝土由預拌廠出廠後,至澆置前的時間,快速檢測其飛灰、爐石替代水泥含量。試驗中利用粉體密度不同之特性,找尋化學藥劑將其不同粉體分層,將分離後粉體測其重量分析。試驗中利用不同取代量的配比製作試體,統計測驗之圖表及曲線,以利探討檢測飛灰、爐石中的含量。zh_TW

This research goal is, the concretes after mixes factory leaving the plant in advance, before the pouring sets at the time, examin its Fly ash, the Slag substitution cement content fast. In the experiment uses the Cementitious Materials proportion different characteristic, pursues the chemical agent its different Cementitious Materials lamination, after will separate, the Cementitious Materials measures its weight analysis. In the experiment uses the different substitution quantity the allocated proportion manufacture to try the body, graph and the curve the statistical examination, In examination flying ash, stove stone content.en_US
