dc.description.abstract在本論文中,我們利用錯誤診斷濾波器設計一電壓崩潰的偵測方法。同時為了更進一步提升電力系統之電壓品質,我們利用可變結構控制法則設計一電壓調節器用以達到電壓調節的目的。此外,我們亦設計一負載估測器用以估測電力系統之負載變動,且在設計電壓調節器時,亦把負載的變動考慮進去,使我們所設計之電壓調節器有更好的調節能力。最後,我們把偵測電壓崩潰的機制引入我們所設計之電 壓調節系統,提供電力系統一個安全、穩定且可靠的操作環境。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractIn this thesis, we present a means of the detection of voltage collapse in a power system based on the linear-based fault identification filter (FIDF) design technique. Moreover, in order to promote the voltage quality of power supply for secure operation of a power system. We employ Variable Structure Control technique to design the voltage regulator of a power system. In addition, a load estimator is proposed to provide the accurate load variation to the VSC voltage regulator to have better regulating capacity. Finally, we combine the prior designs to maintain a secure and reliable operation of the power system.en_US
