摘要: | 将化学物品含量分割成区间水准是探讨交互作用常用的做法,但不幸的是透过变异数分析方法并不能告诉我们交互作用在某个特定水准是正(synergistic)还是负(antagonistic)。针对分割成区间水准的问题,我们提出一个分解方法去定义主效应与交互作用。我们导出这些效应的(主效应与交互作用)母体型式。至于交互作用的估计和假设检定也在此篇有所讨论。 The investigation of interactions is popularly done by classifying the chemicals into interval levels and verifying it through the analysis of variance technique which unfortunately can not tell us if an interaction in a specific level is positive (synergistic) or negative (antagonistic). We propose a decomposition method to define main effects and interactions for these interval levels. Population type formulations of these effects are developed. Estimation and hypothesis testing are also discussed. |
