摘要: 一氧化氮(Nitric oxide,NO)是一種自由基,在人體中扮演重要角色。單一細胞內部產生之一氧化氮能夠通過細胞膜,調節另一個細胞功能。除此之外,一氧化氮也具有放鬆動脈壁上之平滑肌、調節血壓、抑制血小板聚集等諸多功能。 在此,我們發展出一種水凝膠狀態之一氧化氮感測薄膜。並且將此一氧化氮水凝膠薄膜與有機發光二極體(OLED)、矽材料光偵測器(PD)作整合,以達到即時性之一氧化氮偵測。其中OLED光源用來激發水凝膠感測薄膜,並使用PD用於偵測水凝膠薄膜產生之光激發螢光。 我們將螢光型NO probe︰11,16-bisphenyl-6,6,21,21 - tetramethyl-m-benzi - 6,21 - porphodimethenochloro-zinc(II)(BPDM–H–ZnCl,ZnC1)與高分子材料poly(2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate)混合並製作出一氧化氮水凝膠感測薄膜。此薄膜在水溶液中進行一氧化氮偵測時除了具有即時與免標定之特性外,也具備高選擇性與高靈敏度,以及在不同pH值下之高穩定性。整合此水凝膠薄膜與OLED、PD之整合型架構設備能夠即時性隨時間感測一氧化氮濃度變化。
Nitric oxide (NO) is a free radical playing important roles in the human body. NO produced endogenously by one cell can transmit through cell membranes and regulates the function of another cell. NO also relaxes the smooth muscle in the walls of the arterioles, regulates the blood pressure, and inhibits the aggregation of platelets. In this work, a sensing hydrogel film specific to NO is developed. The NO sensing hydrogel film is integrated with organic light-emitting diode (OLED) and silicon photo detector (PD) for real-time monitoring NO. The OLED is used to excite the NO sensing hydrogel film, and the PD is used to detect the photoluminescence (PL) from the sensing film. A fluorescent probe 11,16-bisphenyl-6,6,21,21 - tetramethyl-m-benzi - 6,21 - porphodimethenochloro-zinc(II) (BPDM–H–ZnCl) is synthesized from m-benziporphodimethene based molecule and blended with poly(2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate) to form the NO sensing hydrogel film. This sensing film is demonstrated for real-time and indicator-free detection of NO in aqueous solution. This sensing hydrogel film also shows high selectivity, sensitivity, and stability in various pH values. The integrated device is capable of sensing NO concentration variation in a real-time manner.
