摘要: | 正達國際光電,乃由金明玻璃(1976)開始發展於1996年成立。由金明玻璃的歷史算起至今已34年歷史。資本額由1996年創立時的2600萬元成長至今達15億元規模。其經營項目由原先的建築玻璃加工到目前的TN/STN、TFT、Touch Panel、COVER GLASS等光電玻璃的切割、研磨、減薄、抛光、化學強化、鍍膜、印刷、貼合等。期間因專業技術受肯定,獲錸德集團(2000)、富士康集團(2007)年的投資,在資金面更加穩固。目前正達國際光電更積極與宸鴻光電洽談合資,逐步將化學強化玻璃發展為世界第一;並積極朝大尺寸電視保護板用玻璃基板的加工事業。本研究透過訪談歸納出正達國際光電前身金明玻璃的成功創業原因1.受1970年代台灣創業風潮鼓舞;2.市場景氣助益;3.領導者具創業家特質。而正達國際光電的成長則來自於:1.專注玻璃本業;2.專業技術持續精進;3.因應市場需求快速調整;4.資金的揖注;5.藍海的思維;6.務實關懷的企業文化。 Gtoc, split from King Ming Glass(established in 1976),established in 1996.It has been 34 years old long since King Ming Glass. Capital increase is also remarkable from NT$26 millions (1996) to 1.5 billions today. Gtoc also expends it’s business from glass for building to glass for electronics, such as TN/STN、TFT、Touch Panel、COVER GLASS and etc. Gtoc’s technology is no longer merely cutting and polishing, it also develops capability to do chemical strengthening, AR coating, printing, laminating and etc. Due to it’s excellent performance, RITEK(2000) and Foxconn (2006) invested Gtoc and it greatly enhance Gtoc’s competitive in terms of capital。Currently Gtoc is working closely with TPK at a joint venture project, aggressively seeking a leading position in chemical strengthening glass market. Meanwhile, Gtoc also working with partners to get TV glass cover business, a newly arise high potential growing market. The study is to reveal what makes Gtoc keep expending and growing disregard to the globe recession. Here I concluded it as followings: With regards to the background of Jing Ming starting, it was inspired by the business starting trend of 1970, 2.right timing of market boom, 3. spirit of entrepreneurship。 The main factors of Gtoc’s success are coming form:1.Narrow it’s Focus on Glass market, 2.Continuous evolves it’s technology, 3.Adapibiltiy and flexibility to change 4.Gained capital investment, 5. Blue ocean thinking, 6.Highly esteem technology and it’s human based company culture. |
