dc.description.abstract液晶顯示器逐漸廣泛被應用於人們的生活之中,因為液晶顯示器擁有厚度薄,質量輕與高亮度等多項優點,因此開發更好的顯示效果,高輝度、高均勻度、省電、綠色產品及輕薄的背光模組系統是非常重要。 當LED光線入射到導光板時,光線經過導光板的耳部時所造成的光束反射到顯示區域,造成集中的光束導致光線強度不均勻。而要達到高均勻性的背光模組,其關鍵零主件就是『導光版』(Light Guide Plate;LGP)。 本論文針對改善導光板耳部光束現象進行相關的研究分析,利用光學模擬軟體TracePro,協助設計較佳的導光板耳部外型,進而有效的進行導光板的模具修改,以達到改善導光板耳部光束現象。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractLiquid crystal display (LCD) has been widely used in various consumer products. It has a lot of advantage, such as thin thickness, slight weight and high brightness, etc. Thus, development of LCDs with higher brightness, higher light intensity uniformity, lower power consumption, green and thinner backlight unit (BLU) is significant. When the beams of LED light enter the LGP, some of the light beams were reflected by the tab, and cause that the reflection beam go into the display area. To achieve higher uniformity, light guide plate (LGP) tab is the key-component among BLU parts. In this thesis, the optical behavior of the tab beam of LGP was examined and several tab shape were proposed to eliminate the tab beam. In this thesis, a better tab shape of LGP was developed with the aid of optical simulation software of TracePro. The modified LGP tab effectively eliminated the tab beam caused un-uniformity of the light intensity.en_US
