摘要: 本研究目的為探討液晶顯示器模組的組成元件之間的相對關係,在固定的有限空間內找出各組成元件的最佳相對關係與組合,使其結構強度達到最佳化設計。 主要從三個方向來探討對液晶顯示器模組結構強度之影響,第一個方向是在模組總厚度不變,研究不同厚度的玻璃與LGP之組合;第二個方向是考慮玻璃、LGP與膠框之間的間隙大小;第三個方向是考慮黏合上下玻璃的框膠硬度大小變化。 由模擬的結果得知在液晶顯示器模組總厚度不變的條件下,減少上下玻璃的厚度並增加LGP的厚度,可以使模組強度有明顯的改善。
This study aimed to investigate the relative relationship between the components of LCD module. To find the best combination of relative components in the limited space and to achieve the optimal design of structural strength. To find the impact of structural strength in three main directions of LCD module. The first direction is to study the different thickness of glass and LGP combination in the same total thickness of the module. The second direction is to consider the gap between the glass, LGP and frame. The third direction is to consider the hardness of tape that bonding the upper and lower glass. The simulation results show that reducing the thickness of the glass and increase the thickness of LGP can make significant improvements in module strength in the same total thickness of the LCD module.
