摘要: 本論文以FPGA (Field Programmable Gate Array)為控制器,實現三相電流閉迴路控制。首先探討三相電流控制的數學推導及運作概念,接著利用數學推導結果設計出控制架構,並依照其架構延伸設計三相永磁同步馬達電流控制電路。在三相電流控制系統中,經由控制器調整反流器的輸出電流使電流達到我們所需的電流命令,藉此達成三種三相電流控制的比較。而三相電流控制的探討核心為多維度回授量化調變(MDFQM)概念,以多維度回授量化調變基礎之延伸理論(MDFQCC)為此論文主要部分,並與傳統SPWM以及文獻中所提之多維度回授量化調變比較為主要研究重點。依據實作及模擬驗證本文所提三相電流控制(SPWM, MDFQM, MDFQCC)彼此間的差異與優劣。
This paper has implemented three-phase current control in a FPGA-based system. First, we dicuss the mathematical derivation and concept of operation. Then we uses conclusion of the mathematical derivation to design the current control of PMSM. The controller adjusts the output current of inverter to achieve the current command in order to make a comparison of three different current control method. The core of three-phase current control is based on the concept of multi-dimensional feedback quantized modulator (MDFQM). The major part of this paper is MDFQCC and compares with SPWM and MDFQM in the reference. This paper verifies the difference between SPWM, MDFQM and MDFQCC by simulation and experiment.
