摘要: 本論文提出一個利用無線通訊的系統與CAN Bus整合的設計與實現。此系統包含控制板-Arduino、無線模組-WiShield及CAN模組-MCP2510及TJA1040,其具有收發無線訊號及車用網路CAN (Controller Area Network) Bus上CAN訊號的功能,並可將此兩種訊號分析後做轉換,使其達到無線通訊裝置與車用網路CAN Bus的結合。在此系統中,是利用汽車網路CAN (Controller Area Network) Protocol作為系統與車上周邊設備的溝通訊號。首先,我建立一個能收發CAN訊號的控制系統(控制板-Arduino及CAN模組-MCP2510及TJA1040),此控制系統能從車上周邊設備接收CAN訊號並加以分析。接著,利用無線模組-WiShield將控制系統分析處理後的訊息轉換成無線訊號傳到人機介面裝置上(在此利用iPad作為人機介面裝置),再經由使用者的操作即可針對車上周邊設備發送相對應的CAN訊號達到控制車上周邊設備的目的。此論文的目標在於用無線通訊達成基本收發車用訊號及實際控制、監控車上周邊設備,以此架構來做為未來智慧型車輛系統的雛型。
This thesis proposes the design and implementation of a new Wi-Fi gateway for iPad (or iPhone) to connect to CAN (Controller Area Network) Bus in modern intelligent automobiles. The system includes a controller board-Arduino (with ATmega328 microcontroller mounted on it), a Wi-Fi module board-WiShield, and a CAN module board (MCP2510 and TJA1040). The system has a transceiver, which can transmit and receive CAN messages from CAN Bus. The system can analyze the messages received from CAN Bus, then transmit the messages to remote human machine interface by the proposed Wi-Fi gateway. Thus user can use remote human machine (iPad or iPhone) to supervise or diagnose the automobile. Furthermore, we can also use remote human machine interface to control and monitor the peripherals in modern intelligent automobiles. In our system, all the messages of interacting with CAN Bus are communicated by CAN protocol which is widely used in automobiles. The result of this thesis will be the basic framework of a new generation of modern intelligent automobiles.
