摘要: | 身處在21世紀,組織結構在資源有限、成本提高及外在競爭環境驟變等壓力下,已從過去的科層式組織漸漸轉為合作性的網絡組織,此情形下,組織積極尋求與價值鏈的其他成員合作,以求彈性經營、迅速反應及降低成本。企業組織為因應全球動盪不安的環境與激烈的市場競爭,必須要有所轉變。
企業在面臨快速、動態且多變的市場環境,和供應商及顧客之間的互動以及反應速度也成為企業提升競爭力的一環。在ECFA簽定後對傳統產業的衝擊下,如何和供應商及顧客間建立具有品質的關係網絡,在互信及互惠的基礎之下,進行專業知識分享與提升回應環境變化的敏捷性,是一個當前非常重要的研究課題。因此,本研究針對台灣平板玻璃產業之負責人或總經理進行問卷調查,有效樣本數為250份,並以SPSS18.0 統計軟體進行描述性統計,配合AMOS 18.0 進行兩階段測量模式與整體結構模式所構成之結構方程模式(SEM)分析方法。
研究結果顯示:
一、網絡關係對組織敏捷性有產生正向的顯著性影響。
二、網絡關係會藉由組織敏捷性中介,對組織績效有產生正向的顯著性影響。
三、組織敏捷性對組織績效有產生正向的顯著性影響。
四、網絡關係對組織績效有產生正向的顯著性影響。 The 21st century is now upon us, and the limited resources within organizational structures, an increase in costs and sudden fluctuations in an external competitive environment and other significant pressures, from the bureaucratic organizations of the past gradually find themselves creeping into cooperative network establishments. The circumstances therefore are that, corporations are actively seeking alternative members of the value chain in order to manage their elastic operations, respond quickly and definitively and reduce costs and overheads. Such enterprises struggle to cope with the global turmoil of the environment and the fierce market competition, especially the most recent economic tsunami, and subsequently must be radically changed. Companies are today facing a rapid, dynamic and changing market environment, as well as a transformation between suppliers and customers and the response speeds of their interactions have become an integral part of enhancing their competitiveness within ECFA. After the initiation of the traditional industries, the impact of how suppliers and customers build a quality network of relationships and mutual trust under a reciprocal basis under the agility of a competitive environment. The current factors are very important research topics. Therefore, this study is responsible for Taiwan's flat glass industry and the general scope of the survey sample was 250, and statistical software SPSS18.0 provided descriptive statistics, with a two-stage AMOS 18.0 and the overall structure of the mode of measurement model was posed by the structural equation model (SEM) method. The results showed: 1. Networks on organizational agility have generated significant positive impacts. 2. Networking organizational agility through the intermediary has on organizational performance generated significant positive impacts. 3. Organizational agility on organizational performance has produced significant positive impacts. 4. Networks on organizational performance have generated significant positive impacts. |
