摘要: | 本研究將藉由NKG集團在面臨全球化競爭激烈的挑戰之下,因應外在產業環境的變遷,運用集團內組織變革及組織學習的策略,整合各事業處資源,進而發展「零件標準化系統」的過程,並利用個案公司資料的分析及企業訪談的方法,來探討不同集團間之零件標準化的執行策略,並分析其對經營績效之影響及瞭解個案公司的競爭優勢。
降低成本是企業營運過程中最重要的管理活動之一,其直接影響企業的生存競爭力,本研究彙總業界推行標準化的實務經驗及觀點,發現選擇性的推動零件標準化,可產生下列的效益:
1.以有限的資源,在最短時間內,達到標準化的最佳效益。
2.減少零件數量、直接降低產品的B.O.M成本。
3.統一零件料號、品名、規格及製造商,降低零件庫存成本。
4.整合集團採購資源,發揮統一採購的降價效益。 Reducing the operational cost is one of the most important management activities, which directly affects the survival and the competitiveness of a company. The standardization of components, can produce the following benefits : 1.With limited resources, in the shortest time to achieve the best benefits of the standardization. 2.To reduce the number of components can directly reduce the B.O.M costs of the products. 3.Unifying the part numbers, part names, specifications and manufacturers, one can reduce the inventory costs of components. 4.Integration of the consolidated procurement, company can reduce its purchasing costs. |
