dc.description.abstract記憶體產品的應用主要是以消費性電子產品為主,為快速得到市場上的商機,以預測需求生產為備貨模式,但隨著景氣波動容易導致供給與需求的不平衡,隨之而來的影響是記憶體市場價格漲跌轉變快速,尤其是近來經濟不景氣仍持續中,更加考驗著記憶體IC產業供應鏈的應變能力。 限制理論(Theory of Constraints, TOC) 的需求拉動與緩衝管理模式(Demand Pull & Buffer Management)為供應鏈管理提供了不錯的解決方案。本研究運用此限制理論的需求拉動與緩衝管理模式為基礎,透過理論的探討與實際數據資料模擬,驗證此庫存管理模式在面對多變的市場需求,仍能快速反應調整庫存,將平均庫存量控制在更低的合理範圍。相信在未來持續改善的機制下,能顯著的改善個案公司的庫存管理問題。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractMemory products are widely used in consumer electronics industry, in order to meet the huge demand changes from the market and to avoid impairment loss on price drop, the more accurate forecasting model, stock management and flexibility of supply chain are become more and more important especially in economic downturn. The "demand-pull and buffer management" model in TOC(theory of constraint) provides a good solution for supply chain management. In this study, we developed an inventory control mechanism to monitor the stock level and dynamically adjust the stock buffer to adapt the global economic fluctuations. To validate the effectiveness of model in this study, we apply a real case scenario and data of a certain IC company, control the inventory level at a lower reasonable range but also keep the service level. We believe the continuous improvement of this mechanism in the future can significantly improve the benefit of this study.en_US
