摘要: 透過原本存在L公司內的庫存系統,並新開發的電子資料交換系統進行整合,其中則以RosettaNet為其電子資料交換的規範,並以Web Service為其電子資料交換的基礎架構,透過供應鏈管理系統實際進行企業間電子資料交換;除了資料交換功能之外,則提供了交易紀錄留存等功能;最終,則透過歷史資料分析與系統導入後實際發生狀況,確認其可節省總體人力上使用,並確保資料傳輸時的正確性,進而可標準化電子資料的格式,並期望未來能導入其它電子商務的資料流程。 本研究主要是以個案的方式來進行討論,並利用RosettaNet標準中的PIPs 3B12(Partner Interface Processes - Cluster 3: Order Management, Segment B: Transportation and Distribution)及PIPs 3B13(Request Shipping Order Confirm - Cluster 3: Order Management, Segment B: Transportation and Distribution),與庫存管理系統中的入庫/出貨管理系統做整合;首先,提出資料交換系統的設計與規劃,並藉由本研究完成系統程式的撰寫與導入,最後根據導入的效益進行評估,並提出未來研究方向。
Using the internal Warehouse Management System as a base, and develop a new module named the Supply Chain Management Module. The RosettaNet is the specification and Web Service is the infrastructure in its electronic trade platform. Besides the Internal electronic trade functions, this system provide the log trace back function. Finally, analyze those history logs and the status of tractions to confirm the saving status of manpower and the correction of data tractions. And the specifications of electronic trade are provided by this module, other electronic trade tractions using the RosettaNet will be expected in the future. The main purpose of this study is trying to use a case study to provide possible solutions for problems that might arouse when integrating RosettaNet standard PIPs 3B12 and PIPs 3B13 with Product In/Shipment Management module of Warehouse Management System. First of all is the design and plan of the Electronic Data Exchange System, and then is the system programming and implement. Finally, the analysis of benefits and the following steps are provided according to this search.
