dc.description.abstract | 現今的產業環境已不復以往的單純,世界上每一個在相同產業的組織都是互相影響的,但是大部分組織領導者沒有用動態的觀點去看待整個產業的變化,並做出相對應的策略回應。除此之外,組織的邏輯思考應該要用更宏觀以及動態的角度下去做策略規劃:組織不僅是要能夠發展本身的持久競爭優勢外,還要在縱觀整個產業的角度下去檢視產業的構型。而組織和人一樣都會犯錯,也會因為修正錯誤而使得組織不會喪失競爭優勢,進而保護自己在產業中持續領先,不過也有可能在犯錯以及毫無競爭優勢下造成組織有經營上的困難。 本文在一段期間內觀察半導體產業,由競爭優勢和組織犯錯(組織雙手同能)的角度去建構出當期的產業構型並提出建議。但必須注意產業構型會隨著內外在環境以及組織文化等因素而有動態的改變,組織領導人必須依相對應的構型做出組織的策略,以達到組織的目標。 | zh_TW |
dc.description.abstract | The now environment of industry is no longer the simple like past, each of organization in the same industry be influenced by each others in the world, but the most of organization leaders don’t look at changes in the industry by the dynamic viewpoint and make the strategy response for corresponding action. In addition, the think logic of organizations should use a more dynamic and macro viewpoint to make a strategic planning and make response: organizations not only are able to develop their own sustainable competitive advantages, but also overall view the configuration of industry throughout the whole industry. Organizations like people will make error, and organizations do not lose its competitive advantages, if it is correct the error; and thus protect their continued leadership in the industry. However, organizations may be under the operational difficulties cause no competitive advantage and make error. This thesis observes the semiconductor industry over a period, and construct industry configuration by competitive advantage and organization errors (Organizational Ambidexterity). But it must be noted as the industry configuration will be changed by the environment, organizational culture and external factors such as a dynamic viewpoint. Organization leaders must made organizational strategy by the industry configuration, in order to achieve organizational goals. | en_US |
