Electronic payment is indispensable with the development of electronic commerce. In recent years, network and mobile computing are growing dramatically so that payment tools are also more and more diversified. Therefore, these tools and consumer applications should be established based on security infrastructure.

To pay for products in electronic mall or government tax and expense in any kinds of institutions, how to make it safe and convenient via portable electronic or telecommunication equipments is the purpose of this thesis. With this mechanism, users don’t go to financial institutions anymore. Hence, there are many obvious benefits such as saving time, accelerating product flow, simplifying business owner’s accounting process and shipment.

We will build a payment gateway system with various tools that supports system architecture of clouding computing and standard XML documents. We need to make sure the transaction result is consistent between front-end UI and back-end financial institutions after data transmission interrupts but resumes later. Based on the cloud computing, this system with high stability and performance can fully satisfy user requirements. Important data won’t get lost with high availability and reliability storage. In addition, this system also provides real-time remind mechanism to front-end UI to indicate the completeness of transactions for offline-paid transactions. It accelerates the accounting process and shipment for this kind of transactions.
