摘要: 本論文的主旨是運用近代汽車上的電子節氣門實作汽車智慧型怠速控制。實驗中採用Saab公司的電子節氣門91 88 186與Saab 9000 CSE (1994),節氣門是靠著一個無刷直流馬達來驅動的,控制平台採用Arduino公司的兩塊控制板Duemilanove、Pro Mini,經過光耦合電路與H-bridge功率放大器來隔絕雜訊和功率放大到12伏特與5安培。論文中使用模糊理論來設計控制器,為了實際運用的需求而採取離線型模糊控制查表法,以達到即時控制電子節氣門的要求。使用像這樣子成本低廉、有體績優勢的控制板,能夠在實驗車上控制電子節氣門來穩定汽車怠速。其他可以應用在汽車上的重渦輪增壓控制、自動化壓力控制、引擎室進氣控制、車輛巡航系統的項目。
In this research, we focus on the design and implementation of idle speed control by using electronic throttle. We design the controller for the electronic throttle of Saab company, 91 88 186, which is driven by a DC brushless motor. Our experimental car is Saab 9000 CSE (1994). We use two boards, Duemilanove and Pro Mini from Arduino company with Optical Coupler for noise isolation and H-bridge for power booster up to 12V, 5 amp. In this paper, we use Fuzzy Theory to design a FLC (Fuzzy Logic Controller) and translate it to an Off-line FLC look-up table, which can manipulate electronic throttle to reach idle speed in reality. Other automobile applications will be the heavy turbo charger control, ventilation control for engine room, the APC (Automatic Pressure Control), or cruise control system.
