dc.description.abstract本文目的在用最佳化設計散熱片,冷卻太陽能模組,改善太陽能模組效率。使用田口方法,探討太陽能模組散熱鰭片之設計參數,依控制因子及其水準之數目選用適合的直交表,決定最佳化之控制因子。我們將3個水準、4個控制因子放至L_18直交表中,使用電腦輔助工程設計軟體(CAE)solidworks simulation進行模擬,以直交表以及變異數分析(ANOVA)探討各因素對太陽能模組溫度之影響,進行最佳化分析,獲得最佳化組合之參數。 研究結果顯示,散熱片數量與高度為最有影響力之控制因子。模擬最佳參數組合,散熱片數量為15、高度為50mm時,在標準測試溫度下太陽能模組為38.5℃,可較一般無散熱片之模組降低28.89℃的溫度,增加太陽能模組16%的效率,在NOCT太陽能模組溫度為28.50℃,可較一般無散熱片之模組降低18.53℃的溫度,增加9%的效率。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractThe objective of this research is to find an optimal heat sink design for cooling PV module and improve the PV efficiency. Taguchi-method is used to investigate the optimal design parameters as heat sink for PV module, the optimization process performed by the L_18 scheme. Simulate by the Computer-Aided Engineering(CAE) software Solidworks Simulation, the optimization analysis shows that control factors effect of the PV module temperature, and a optimal design of heat sink. The results shows that the number of fins ,and the fin length are the control factor among the design parameters. The simulation shows that the optimal design parameters, decrease PV module temperature by 28.89℃compared with the module whithout heat sink, increase efficiency by 16%,the PV module temperature is 38.5℃under standard test conditions(STC); decrease PV module temperature by 18.53℃compared with the module whithout heat sink, increase efficiency by 9%,the PV module temperature is 28.50℃under nominal operating cell temperature(NOCT).en_US
