dc.description.abstract | 這篇論文設計一個運用ultra-wideband技巧,使訊號不經由載波傳輸而在基頻發送的ECG發射晶片。這是一個系統晶片設計,整體系統包含了類比以及數位兩端,並已在CIC的T18-101E梯次下線。我們所用的製程是台積電0.18 um,晶片面積為1.62 mm2,平均消耗功率為4.75 mW。此外,為了量測此晶片,我們還完成了PCB板的實現以及FPGA板和其搭配的ADC之程式撰寫和燒錄。所有我們提出的設計均經過實際驗證來證實其可行性。 | zh_TW |
dc.description.abstract | In this thesis, we implement an SoC design for ECG measurement and carrier-free transmitter by using the ultra-wideband technology. The proposed chip including both analog part and digital part, and it is implemented using the TSMC 0.18 um process and the total area is 1.62mm2. The average power is 4.75 mW. The chip had been taped out in CIC at T18-101E stage. Besides, we also implement the PCB board for chip testing and the programming for FPGA board and its on-board ADC. All the designs which we proposed had been verified its function working or not. | en_US |
