dc.description.abstract本論文主要結合離子載體、微波輔助、多分子反應與基於片斷藥物設計 (fragment-based drug design) 技術來合成結構多樣性的有機小分子,並經由活性篩選來設計出具有效用的先導藥物 (lead compounds)。   本論文共分兩部分,第一部分為合成benzoimidazoisoquinolinones的衍生物。利用多分子反應與微波輔助將胺類、醛基與異氰化合物進行一鍋化合環反應並建構出具有雜環結構之化合物。此外也使用步進式 (stepwise) 來找出反應機制,了解反應的過程。   第二部主要是合成pyrimidopyrroloquinoxalinediones的衍生物。將1,3,6-三甲基嘧啶-2,4(1H,3H)-二酮先製備成5-苯甲基-6-(溴甲基)-1,3-二甲基嘧啶-2,4(1H,3H)- 二酮,並經由吡咯化反應 (pyrrolization) 與皮克特-施彭格勒反應 (Pictet-Spengler reaction) 得到終產物,過程中藉由微波輔助來加速反應以便快速建立分子庫。zh_TW
