摘要: | 本研究之主要架構以創新密集服務矩陣為基礎,建構電動汽車用二次電池服務產業之定位分析,以電動汽車用電池商四種服務模式搭配電動汽車廠、電動汽車用電池廠與研發單位三大領域觀點切入,發展電動汽車用電池服務模式定位。歸納出各種切入電池服務產業定位,尋找電動汽車用電池服務廠商的關鍵成功要素,提出各服務模式未來發展的經營策略。
本研究根據創新密集服務矩陣分析結果得出十二種電動汽車用二次電池服務模式現在與未來定位,各相對定位配置關鍵之內部活動因子和外部資源,輔助相對應之服務定位發展。從電動汽車廠觀點來看,認為未來車廠本身較具有控制力,二次電池廠將聽令於電動汽車廠,提供專屬電池服務;從動力二次電池廠觀點來看,認為未來自身產業將會由單一電動汽車應用走向市場多元性應用;從研發單位角度來看,認為二次電池廠未來勢必改變本身結構,結合內部與外部夥伴,開創更多彈性結構服務。
本研究將三大領域觀點結合目前主流四大電動車用電池領導廠商服務模式,藉由產業專家定位各種服務模式發展,以多元的角度發展策略,創造更多高附加價值與知識密集之活動。 This paper is intended to provide an investigation of a strategic assessment of a service approach to the EV based secondary battery industry. The main framework under consideration is the Innovation-Intensive Services matrix position, which analyzes the service approach to the electric vehicle based secondary battery industry by auto-makers, battery makers and R&D units. According to the analysis of the service position, this paper examines critical successful factors for the electric vehicle based battery makers in order to develop the business strategies for each service approach. According to the innovation-intensive services matrix, each service approach presents the current and future positioning that was located key internal factors and external resources to assist strategic development. From the perspective of the auto-makers, they will have more control power than the secondary battery makers that resulted in battery makers change structure to fit auto-makers. From the perspective of the secondary battery makers, the secondary battery will be diverse applications from electric vehicles to new market innovations. From the perspective of the R&D units, the secondary battery makers are bound to change the structure to combine internal and external partners to create more value-added services. In this paper, the four service approaches are combined with the three industry specialists’ perspectives to develop each position for more value-added and knowledge-intensive activities. |
