dc.description.abstract近年來,台灣半導體產業無論是在技術或產量佔有率上,在世界上不斷嶄露頭角,全球市場競爭愈來愈激烈,且為了要因應客戶需求快速變化且週期短,垂直整合是未來必行之路,如Turn Key Service即是目前半導體產業的一種新的生產模式,即當IC設計公司向晶圓製造廠下單時,製造廠可以順便提供後續之測試、封裝的全套服務。一個良好的Turn Key Service需要優良且長期配合的委外廠商,良好的委外廠商除了能實質提高公司收益外,還可提昇營運效率及快速傳遞B2B資訊,使得企業運作順暢。因此,如何有效的管理委外廠商與如何建構委外廠商評選機制,已成為現今半導體業一個重要課題。大多數針對委外廠商評選之研究,僅是對一般上下游供應鏈之供應商提出評估機制,較少研究是針對晶圓代工業之委外廠商評選問題。本研究結合過去文獻所提出之供應商評估準則與指標,再應用層級分析法(Analytic Hierarchy Process, AHP),評選Turn Key Service委外廠商,找出關鍵要素及其權重,建構出適合半導體產業評選委外廠商之指標。本研究最後以台灣某晶圓代工廠Turn Key Service委外廠商評選的實例來驗證本研究方法確實有效。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractTaiwan semiconductor in recent years, it is always unceasingly budding in the world, regardless of the technology or market share percentage. But along with more and more intense global competition and under the constraint of Moore's Law, suppose, the vertical integration consolidation will be the future road which must be taken in the future in response to requirement of customer’s rapid changes and the shorter cycle time. Turn Key Service is a kind of new production mode in current semiconductor industry. In other words, the wafer foundries could provide conveniently a fully set of backend service for the following testing, assembly when IC Design House or Fabless order to wafer foundries. And a good Turn Key Service needs to tie in with an outstanding outsourcing subcontractor for long-term co-ordination. In addition to being able to increase the company's revenue, the best benefits are in the efficiency promotion and B2B information quick delivery which make the business operation smoothly. Therefore, how to manage effectively and how to construct a mechanism for the selection and review of outsourcing subcontractor, they have also become an important topic which nowadays semiconductor industry pays great attention.In fact, fewer researches discussed outsourcing subcontractor of the semiconductor industry in past. Most of the research in subcontractor, it only makes the appraisal to the supplier of the general upstream and downstream supply chain. This research will combine the appraisal rule and index of supplier which were proposed by Choi (1996) and Dickson (1966) scholar. And take this concept as the foundation and then also infuse Quality、Cost、Delivery、Service that the common supplier pays attention into this research. After considering above all concepts, we could construct a suitable appraisal rule and index through the expert's consultation and questionnaire. This study takes an example of actual practice to infer an appraisal conclusion of outsourcing subcontractor about Turn Key Service. We apply Analytic Hierarchy Process in this research and according to this conclusion to find out the most suitable key factor and weighted percentage for this case. Expect to be able to choose the best subcontractor or ranking evaluation in order to distribute production demand among every outsourcing subcontractor.en_US
