dc.description.abstract本研究主要以產業組合分析模式,研究液流電池產業之競爭策略,以市場成長曲線與液流電池產業價值鏈為做為分析模型之縱橫軸。透過此一分析區隔出液流電池產業之定位,並利用產業創新需求要素分析模式及產業專家之意見調查,分析歸納出發展液流電池產業的關鍵成功要素,提出液流電池未來發展的可能經營策略。 分析後結果得出,台灣液流電池產業目前定位在市場成長曲線的萌芽期,以及產業價值鏈中的製造階段;未來冀望針對終端應用研究的持續投入,使液流電池產業順利進展到製造的成長期及終端應用階段的萌芽期,並藉由終端應用的開端,開拓液流電池產業大量及多元市場需求,激發台灣產業成長契機。 為輔助台灣液流電池產業成長,根據產業創新需求要素與政策目標,並配合研究統計分析,歸納出台灣若要發展液流電池產業之具體推動策略,在研究發展面,可加強「國家基礎研究能力」和「國家整體對創新的支持」。在研究環境方面,可藉由推動「具整合能力之研究單位」、「專利制度」、「政府對產業創新的支持」及「技術移轉及引進機制」。在市場資訊方面,應加強「產業標準及資訊的取得」。針對市場環境方面,需著重於「政府優惠制度」和「針對產業特殊用途的設施」。在人力資源方面,應重視「專門領域研究人員」和「創新研發管理人力」、「專門領域的科學家」。而在財務資源上,應確保「研究經費」是否充足。將資源集中於產業正確的方向,如此才能與全球的大型企業競爭,台灣未來的走向能否由代工的思維轉型成產品的供給者,牽涉到創新需求要素的支援,倘若可以完備的提供各項輔助,液流電池產業將是台灣可以努力發展的一新興產業。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractThis thesis reports on developing a strategic analysis of the Flow Battery industry, using a portfolio model to assess competitive and strategic requirements. The portfolio model entails a 2-dimensional analysis, containing market s-curve and the value chain. Three research methods used for data collection are literature review, expert interview, and general survey. This research reveals that the flow battery industry is positioned at the burgeoning phase of the market s-curve, and the manufacturing area of the value chain. The future prospects should be placed at the position of the developing phase of the market s-curve, and also between the burgeoning phase of the market s-curve and the applied of market area of the value chain. Evaluating the Industrial Innovation Requirements and Policy Tools leads to a conclusion that the most critical categories of policy instruments are “Nation fundamental research capability”, “Full support to overall innovation nationwide”, “Integration capability of research units”, ”Patent system”, “Government policies in support of industrial innovation”, “Mechanism for technology transferring and introducing”, “Industrial standards and information acquirement”, “Government preferential system”, “Special facilities for the industry”, “Special area researchers”, “Innovative R&D management”, “Special area scientist” “Research budget”. More specifically, the corresponding policy instruments in support of developing IIRs are provided in the conclusion of this thesis.en_US
