摘要: | 本文研究以混合式空調箱每台各別調整外氣風量,且不減少混合式空調箱外氣總風量為基準,進行混合式空調箱的冰水使用量計算分析與加熱器用電量計算分析尋求混合式空調箱節能操作評估(最佳化操作),達到節能減碳之目標。
內容中研討混合式空調箱內部主要構件功能及運轉流程,利用空氣各調節過程符合濕空氣線圖的特性,將中央氣象局新竹地區歷年統計氣溫作為外氣參考與潔淨室以及混合式空調箱運轉條件,代入濕空氣線圖之近似公式,計算混合式空調箱外氣風量、潔淨室內循環風量與熱能使用狀況。計算結果顯示以節能操作方式可減少混合式空調箱處理風量,增加室內空氣循環再利用。
文中以外氣溫度26.7℃、相對濕度71.7%,潔淨室溫度23.5℃、相對濕度55.0%以及混合式空調箱條件值計算,由計算結果可知節能操作可節省冰水用量17.1%與加熱器發熱量52.7%。若天候變化使混合式空調箱轉換成冬季模式時,將無法達到節能之成效。 In this paper, each individual adjustment of outside air volume to the Air Handling Unit, and does not to reduce the total volume of outside air, and the cooling water amount of Computational Analysis and heater power calculation for its energy saving operational assessment (optimal operation) to achieve the goal of energy conservation and carbon reduction. We discuss internal functions and operation processes of the main components of the content of Air Handling Unit, and use air conditioning process in psychrometric chart. From the Central Weather Bureau, we also use Hsinchu Area Statistics temperature as the outside air reference and clean room, as well as the Air Handling Unit operation conditions, into the psychrometric chart of the approximate formula to calculate the amount of Air Handling Unit outside air volume, and circulating air volume and heat usage of clean room. The calculation results show that the energy assessment mode of operation can reduce the air volume of Air Handling Unit, and increase clean room air recycling. In the Text, we set the outside air temperature 26.7℃, relative humidity of 71.7% and clean room temperature 23.5℃, relative humidity of 55.0% to compare to the original mode of operation and operation of energy-saving strategies as well as the Air Handling Unit condition value, saving energy of 17.1% from cooling water and saving energy of 52.7 % from the heater. If the weather changes and the Air Handling Unit converts into winter mode, it will not achieve energy-saving effectiveness. |
