dc.description.abstract本文提出一凹面結構且可自持的 TGS紅外線偵測器并加以研究。首先長出TGS 單晶并 加以切成晶片, 然後研究酒精一水混合溶液對TGS 晶片的蝕刻速率, 利用所得之結果 製造出凹面型的紅外線偵測器, 此種偵測器由於可控制至相當的薄度及與基座隔熱良 好, 因此有很高的偵測值, 由於晶方邊緣較厚, 因此亦有十分容易裝配於金屬基座上 的優點。在文內除報告測量結果外并加以討論。zh_TW
