dc.description.abstract | 本論文主要目的在長成尿素單晶,並進而研究其非線性光學性質,首先吾等採用蒸發 法獲取晶種,企圖用溫差法(Temperature differential method )長晶,唯遭失敗 ,吾等對此提出失敗的原因。而後改採降溫法結晶,並採用甲醇為溶劑,結果可以獲 得10×10×15mm□的尿素單晶。此單晶的穿透率經測量高達85%以(24 00°A∼8000°A)。 次之,為探究在尿素單晶上外加電場以調變入射光強度(氦氖雷射光)的情形,並以 此方法測量尿素單晶的光電係數(Electro-optical coefficient )(r□□=5. 1 10□□□m╱V),此與由C.L.Tang等人用CNDO╱S方法算出的 理論值5.3×10□□□m╱V非常接近。 最後,為光的倍頻效應與相位匹配的實驗。吾等將10□Watt以上的功率的N- DYAG雷射光(1.06μm),以特殊角度進入尿素晶體,則產生另一種頻率( 0.53μm)的雷射光。由實驗證實倍頻光的功率與入射光功率平方成正比關係, 並由此推算2階介電係數。 | zh_TW |
