dc.description.abstract本論文是探討密閉式二氧化碳雷射之特性參數,利用PXT 元件選出P (20)譜線, 經由電壓改變調制共振腔的長度,由此獲得輸出功率的變化波形,利用量測的輸出變 化波形證號在系統損耗a□ 的估計下,求得小訊號增加α□,再由所知的α□輸出功 率、輸出鏡之透射及反射率,光柵之有效反射率等已知值,利用Rigrod理論算出功率 密度飽和參數lS,另外試著探討總氣壓、電流α□及lS的影響。zh_TW
