dc.description.abstract本論文比較研究內鏡式Zeeman氦氖雷射(λ=633nm)的三種穩頻方法:拍頻法、 雙模差法及全部輸出功率法。並首次報告這些方法穩頻時,0•01秒至96秒之Al lan Variance數據。 我們也研究利用雷射輸出功率法,把雷射功率穩在增益譜線固定斜率點時,雷射穩頻 的可重複性(reproducibility)。zh_TW
