Abstract: 電腦輔助工業設計(CAID)是近年來工業設計界最熱門的項目之一,然而少
以輔助構想發展方面的研究與應用。目前電腦已是大家所認同最佳的開發
利器,致於要如何使用CAD工具來琢磨開發創意則是值得深入研究的課題
。本文嘗試從設計發展過程本質的探討,來尋求有效應用電腦於構想發展
的可能形式。研究重點即在探討設計師以產品組件幾何組態的變異在電腦
輔助構想發展之應用的可行性及其程序。其研究架構包括:(1)設計思考
活動的探討(2)現有相關造形設計方法的分析 (3)電腦幾何變換方法的探
討(4)提出電腦輔助構想發展的程序(5)實例驗證等。
Computer-aided design(CAD) is one major trend in the area of
industrial design. However, there are few researches about
computer-aided idea development. We've already agreed that
computer is one of the best tools for development. Thus it is
worth investigating how to manipulate CAD tools for helping
idea development. This paper intends to find the effective
possible ways of computer aided idea development by
investigating the essence of design development process. We
concentrate on how to apply the variation of the geometric
configuration of product components to computer-aided idea
development. In this paper, there are the studies of design
thinking activity, relating form development methods, and the
computer geometric transformation methods. Then we submit the
possible process of computer-aided idea development, and
finally show an example.
