dc.description.abstract本篇論文提出一種經過改良有限元素法的新方法來分析有限個週期性結構 波導的電磁場問題。 我們在介質填充的平行板波導內,放置矩形及三角形 等介質柵或金屬柵為例來加以分析, 對於數值的結果則用收斂及與其它論 文比較的方式來檢驗。 最後, 我們求出散射參數與頻率、週期結構 、介 質高度、 相態變化等的關係, 並盼望能加以應用。 A modified finite element method with new solving algorithm is proposed to analyze the electromagnetic problems of finite periodic structures. The dielectric-loaded parallel-platees with rectangular and triangular dielectric gratingas an example of the present approach. Numerical results are checked by the self-convergence test and by comparing with those obtained by other methods. Finally, the dependences of the scattering parameters on the frequency, the period number,the grating height are analyzed and compared.zh_TW
