dc.description.abstract我們利用溶膠凝膠法合成含硫化鎘玻璃,並利用脈衝雷射蒸鍍技術製作硫化鎘微晶玻 璃薄膜,以研究其量子侷限效應。溶膠凝膠法採用懸浮膠體的方式製成摻硫化鎘玻璃 靶,然後用Q-開關Nd:YAG 脈衝雷射,光波長1.06μm,在不同氣壓力和脈衝能量下 ,蒸鍍於矽晶片及鈉玻璃基板上。實驗結果顯示,在無氧氣參與作用下,硫化鎘微晶 玻璃薄膜因量子侷限效應造成能隙位移;而氧氣參與作用,有助於二氧化矽完全的鍵 結,卻不利半導體微晶的形成。另外脈衝能量較大時,會使微晶顆粒變大,使觀察到 的量子侷限效應不明顯。zh_TW
