dc.description.abstract供應鏈中傳統以預測的方式決定區域倉庫的庫存量,造成區域倉庫堆積著大量的存貨卻總是短缺客戶所要的種類的問題。為了解決此問題,本研究將應用限制理論( Theory of Constraints, TOC)觀念,使用其發展出來的Demand-pull與Buffer management方式,並以一家健康器材公司的案例驗證限制理論的庫存管理方式可以幫助公司降低整體的庫存水準以及滿足客戶的需要。實際驗證結果顯示,以限制理論的庫存管理方式運作在平均庫存、有效產出天•元(Throughput-Dollar-Days, TDD)及存貨天•元(Inventory-Dollar-Days, IDD)的績效表現皆優於驗證前之表現。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractTraditionally, inventory of the regional warehouse is determined by forecasting, this always lead to the problems such as too much inventory or too little inventory. TOC demand-pull and buffer management has claimed a good solution to solve the problems. Therefore, in this research, a case is developed to test the feasibility and validity of the solution. The results shown that TOC demand-pull and buffer management outperform the other solutions such as (s,Q), (s,S), (R,S), (R,s,S) and (s,Q,R).en_US
