dc.description.abstract本文研究以積體光學式電光調制器作為光電諧波混頻器的光電式鎖相迴路 中各元件對其特性之影響.我們也探討此線路作為以光訊號為時鐘標準的 鎖相振盪器的應用.經由頻率標準除頻後產生脈衝式差頻作為參考訊號,達 成近似於頻率合成器之多種頻率輸出.此外,我們也利用積體光學調制本身 的非線性諧波發生效應,探討它作為光電式倍/除頻器以及次諧波鎖相之應 用. We have performed a parametric study of the integrated electrooptic modulator (IOM) based optoelectronic phase-locked loop (OEPLL).The application of the OEPLL as a phase-locked oscillator with optical clock standard has also been investigated.In addition,the generation of multiple frequency outputs by using a pulsed offset frequency in the OEPLL are also presented.Finally,we also investigate the nonlinear effect of the IOM and its potential application as an electrooptic frequency multiplier/divider and subharmonic locking.zh_TW
