摘要: | 本論文設計並製作一高效率、高輸出電流應用於同步輻射加速器之四極磁 鐵電源供應器。為了達到高效率與高電流的要求, 本文結合了傳統降壓型 轉換器(buck converter)及全橋式變壓器(full-bridge transformer)而 提出一新的電源供應器架構─降壓型電流饋入全橋式變壓器轉換器( buck- current-fed full-bridge converter), 輸出級採用高頻電流饋入 全橋式變壓器, 不僅大幅縮小電感體積, 且降低開關切換損失及平衡變壓 器鐵心的磁通。由於電路的兩段式降壓架構, 使輸入級的低頻變壓器(60 赫)得以免除, 此舉對於提升電源供應器的功率密度(power density)助益 甚大。本文同時以EMTP程式進行電路的模擬、分析與設計。所研製的電源 供應器輸出電流可達140安培、效率為71%。 This thesis presents the design and implementation of a high- efficiency high-current switch-mode quadrupole magnet power supply for synchrotrons. For the purpose of high-efficiency high-current output, we combined a buck conveter and a full- bridge transformer to develop a new power supply─buck-current- fed full-bridge converter, which utilizes a high-frequency current-fed transformer at its output stage. This architecture not only greatly reduce the size of the inductor and the switching loss but balance the flux of the transformer. Due to the two-stage step-down scheme, the input low-frequency (60-Hz) transformer is removed and thus increased the power density. A EMTP program was utilized to design and analysis the circuit. The output current of this power supply achieved 140 A with efficiency of 71%. |
