dc.description.abstract | This research focuses on the electronic industry to develop the framework of R&D performance measurement system. Firstly, we investigate the general factors of performance measurement, the character of R&D activities, and the elements of successful R&D. Next, we build the framework of R&D performance measurement system, analyze the R&D process, and propose the steps of check while executing project and the indicators of performance measurement in the R&D process to assure the quality of the R&D process. Finally, we develop the indicators of performance measurement in the R&D result for organizations to understand the R&D performance and ability. | en_US |
