dc.description.abstract隨著消費者多樣化的消費特性,產品之設計變化萬千,規格大小更是繁雜 而眾多。為了配合產品之規格,各種之包裝及搬運容器自然亦發展出多種 規格。其中,墊板(pallet)為使用最頻繁之流通搬運容器,多樣規格之 墊板使得裝卸、運搬之工作紊亂,墊板管理及回收不易,倉儲及運輸貨車 之空間利用率不佳,對自動化之推行更形成莫大之阻礙。因此,推動墊板 標準化是促進物流流通效率中不可或缺之重要工作。由於國內缺乏一份完 整之墊板使用現況調查,但若對國內墊板使用沒有一了解分析,如何能制 定出合乎業者使用之標準墊板?故本研究首先對國內業者作墊板使用現況 調查,再參考國內外之墊板規格,制定出合適業者使用之標準墊板。於墊 板標準化後,進而可推動其他物流標準之制定,提高物流之流通效率,減 少包裝及運輸成本,促進共同配送制度及提高國家整體經濟效益。 Because of the versatility in Taiwan's commercial business, product design as well as their circulating containers, specifications are diversified. Among those circulatin containers ,the pallet is the most commonly and frequently used one. Multi-spec pallets complicate the loading/unloading , transportation, warehousing, and other relevant processes. It also lowers the truck loading utilization, downgrades the management performance , and makes abstacles in business automation. Therefore, pallet standardization is one of the most crucial tasks in upgrading material circulating effeciency. This research first surveys popular specification of pa- lets currently used in different domestic industries. Refer-ing the surveying results and pallet standards made in someeveloped countries having heavy trading with us, standardizedallet sizes as well as their corresponding influences onreight-container loadings are suggested accordingly. In thisesearch, pallet management issues are also wxtensivelytudies and valuable suggestions are summarized.zh_TW
