摘要: | 半導體工業為所有電子、電機、資訊及光電業的基礎,它的發展對於 高科技產業整體發展及未來經濟成長均有深遠的影響。然而因為一般半導 體工廠所需要的資金龐大,且其製程複雜、特殊,容易受各種隨機干擾之 影響,使得目前國內半導體製造業者常面臨:生產成本高、在製品多,及 交貨期控制不易等問題。因此有一套完整、適合國內半導體產業,且具擴 充能力的生產規劃與排程軟體作為生產決策支援之工具是相當重要的。基 於以上的動機,並考慮開發一套半導體生產規劃與排程軟體之複雜性,吾 人欲以限制理論為基礎,將研究範圍縮小在晶圓製造中的主生產排程部份 。同時為了使系統未來能夠容易擴充、修改及維護,本研究將物件模式化 技術[Rumbaugh 1991]引進軟體開發之中,希望藉由物件模式化技術中的 三個模型對系統進行分析、設計,以便為晶圓製造之主生產排程系統構建 一實用的類別庫。最後,吾人利用物件導向程式語言C++,將分析的結果 實作出來。 The semiconductor industry is well-recognized as the foundation of most electronic, electrical, information, and photh- electronic industries. It greatly influences on the future development of all high-tech industries as well as the nation- wide growth of economy. Bacuse of its heavy investment and complicated technology involved, most Taiwan's order-driven semiconductor manufacturers in general face on the following issues: high production cost, hight work-in-process, hight variability of cycle time, and so on. Therefore, a production planning and scheduling decision support system, which is suitable for Taiwan's semiconductor manufacturers, is necessary. Based on the above motivation, the major objective of this research is to develop a prototype master production scheduling( MPS) software system under the TOC/DBR framework for wafer manufacturing. In order to make this software system reusable, expandable, and maintainable, this research applies the object modelling technique(OMT)[Rumbaugh 1991] in system analysis and design. A class library for wafer manufacturing MPS is finally developed and implemented in visual C++. |
