dc.description.abstract | 由於半導體廠投資金額龐大,非一般設計公司所能負荷,是以如何將 IC 設計公司的智慧結晶轉為實際有經濟效益的產品,則有賴半導體製造公司 的協助。因此委託代工生產獲取利潤,為IC設計公司生存的命脈;代工生 產就成為半導體製造公司經營的新策略。本研究認為選擇合適的半導體代 工廠商應考慮經營管理、製造管理、品保系統、經濟效益及技術評估等五 大項目。在此觀念的架構下,本研究分成兩個階段進行,分別對國內的IC 設計公司及半導體製造公司做問卷調查,以探討IC設計公司選擇半導體代 工廠商時,所重視的評估因子,同時對目前半導體製造公司的代工水平作 一調調查,因而建立一份IC設計公司選擇對代工廠商的評估表。調查結果 顯示,IC設計公司在選擇代工廠商所考慮的評估因子之間有顯著的差異, 最重視的前十項評估因子依序為平均良率、良率穩定性、交期管理、週期 時間(cycle time)、平均出貨品質水準、製程可靠度、產品可靠度、製程 能力、品質政策、急件管理。而傳統的代工價格已不再被列為優先考慮的 因素,換句話說,IC設計公司目前最重視的是產品的良率、產品巿場先機 、產品品質及可靠度。對這些評估因子重視程度之不同,經營成果即有明 顯的差異,此點很很明顯地由本研究受調之半導體製造廠商中印證無誤。 Due to the investment amount of the IC manufacturing is beyond the affordable of IC design companies, so it is necessary for IC manufacturing companies to help the IC design companies to make IC's design into mass production. Herewith the foundry production has already became the new strategy of IC manufacturing companies. This report illustrates the following survey factors of IC manufacturing companies operating management , manufacturing management, quality assurance system, economical efficiency and technical evaluation. Based on the above research concept, this report investigation focus on IC design companies and IC manufacturing companies to establish a score list of foundry service companies for IC design companies. This investigation indicates it exists distinguished difference amount evaluation factors when IC design companies survey a foundry service company. And the top ten evaluation factors are followed by average yield, yield stability, delivery management, cycle time control, average outgoing quality level, process reliability, product reliability, process capability, quality policy, hot run management. On the other hand, the conventional evaluation factor-price did not be took into evaluative priority. In other words, currently,the most concerns of the IC design companies are product yield, product market timing, product quality and product reliability. This report is also in compliance with the most operation concerns of IC manufacturing companies. | zh_TW |
