摘要: 在这篇论文里,我们讨论微小圆盘雷射的共振腔模态,及其对应产生的远
场发光分布。除了传统圆形的圆盘雷射外,我们引入多边界点对合法
(Point Matching Method)来处理非圆形的圆盘雷射共振腔,并进而探讨
改变圆盘形状对其远场发光特性的影响。
In this thesis, we discuss the resonance cavity modes of
microdisk lasers and the corresponding farfield emisssion
patterns. Besides conventional circular microdisk lasers, we
introduce the point matching method to solve the cavity modes
of noncircular microdisks. And we further discuss how the
changes in disk shape influences the farfield emission pattern
of microdisk lasers.
