dc.description.abstract利用舊有的半導體生產設備,配合當前機械、控制產業上的需求,開發半 導體技術新的衍生應用,是我們這篇論文的研究重點,製作光解碼器便是 我們嘗試著開發的目標。光解碼器是一項整合性的元件,所以我們的論文 以三個領域來討論光解碼器的製作。首先我們提出一套光解碼器中光盤的 製造程序,這套程序是以交大博愛校區舊半導體中心的設備為基礎而發展 的。接著我們討論了在光解碼器光電系統中,如何提高光電元件的頻率響 應,和解析度倍增、旋轉方向的檢知,以及輸出界面設計等信號處理方面 的問題。最後,我們探討光解碼器上可能發生的誤差,以及消除的方法, 並且以電腦來模擬這些誤差的情形和消除的結果。 The focus of this thesis is to evaluate a new technology which is developed on an old semiconductor factory equipment. Making an optical encoder is the goal we try to achieve. Firstly , we propose an encoder disk producing procedure which is developed on the old equipment at National Chiao Tung University . Secondly, we discuss how to extend the frequency response of photo elements in the encoder, double the resolution, detect the direction of revolution and design the output interface. Finally we investigate the errors which may occur on an encoder, and we try to eliminate those errors by using a twin photo sensors method. We run some of computer simulations to verify the performance of the method.zh_TW
