摘要: 現今企業面對外在競爭及顧客需求壓力下,製造系統一方面必須 提高品質.生產力 及製造彈性;另一方面必須降低成本.縮短生產週期o 因此製造系統,除了必須具備自動 控制外,也必須達到製造整合的境 界,目前製造系統整合方面屬戰略面的工廠和屬作業面 的單元控制之 整合已相當完備o 而屬策略面的企業與各工廠之整合目前已發展出MES 來 做整合o 然而MES的執行必須以整合性製造資訊為基礎,但目前製造資訊由 於分散各部門 且由各部門各自建立o 因此造成資料重複建立.建立時 間太長.建立維護成本太高.錯誤 率太高及轉換整合不易等現象o 進而 喪失新產品上市的商機及價格競爭力o 故本研究重心 就是以探討MES 所需的製造資訊之整合及轉換o 本研究以MES系統功能為標準,由設計. 生產計劃.製程設計及成本等相關人員以團隊 作業模式及共同規則在 IDEF0系統中,將原 物料.工時.成本.途程.設備.工具及人員等MES 所需 求之資訊以流程圖來表達o 並在IDEF 1X的系統中依MES之需求設計規劃 資料庫架構 然後將IDEF0所構建之資訊轉入IDEF1X 所 構建之資料庫架 構中,以提供MES所需求之資訊 進而使得製造資訊的建立及轉換達到及時 化.低成本.高正確性且易於表達溝通及整合的 優點o Today,Enterprise faces the outside competition and pressure from custom 'sdemands.The manufacturing system must raise quality,production capability a nd manufacturing elasticity.Another ti must be reduced cost ,shorten producti on cycle time,there for the manufacturing system must be automatically contro lled. It must reach the circumstance of manufacturing system integrated. Now,the manufacturing integration. It already has quite enough about factory and cell control integrated.The MES exclusion that must be base in the integ rated manufacturing information,But the manufacturing information system due to disperse every department and create itself now. It is result to have some phenomenon which are data repeated creating ,ceating time too long,cost creating maintenance too high,rate of mistake is too high and translation int egration is not easy. They make new merchandise to lost merchantable chance a nd competition of price. So the center of study. It resesrches MES which need some manufacturing information to integrate and translate. The research use sytem function of MES to make standardize.include all person that do the design ,production planning ,routing design and costing analysis. Using the team work model and same rules of the IDEF0 system. The MES required manufact uring information which include raw material ,work-time ,cost ,routing equipm ent ,tools and person etc.Use the flow chart to express it. Alse according th e requisition of MES to design and plan the database structure of establishme nt by IDEF1X, In order to offer information witch need by MES . Forword,makin g establishes of manufacturing information and translate. It reached to have some advantages which are just in time ,low cost ,high accuracy ,easy expres s ,commutation and inegrated.
