dc.description.abstract本研究之目的在於發展一個制定流通用棧板尺寸的數量方法,該方法是以 運輸系統、搬運系統和儲存系統等棧板作業相關環境為決定因子。在運輸 系統中,其載體的大小與棧板尺寸間息息相關;至於搬運系統,定義棧板 尺寸與堆高機負載中心間的關係;此外,還考慮了巷道寬度與棧板儲架等 儲存系統對於棧板尺寸決定時的影響。綜合以上的因素,本研究採用一個 多屬性的決策方法,以系統化的決策程序來求解流通用棧板之長寬尺寸。 The purpose of this research is to develop a quantitative approach to determine the common pallet size for distribution systems. Transportation, material handling and storage systems that associated to the pallet operation are the decision factors. The pallet size would depend on the length and width of carriers of transportation system such as cargo trucks, cars, carriers, or the containers. For the material handling system, the relationship between the loading center of lift trucks and pallet size is defined. How the aisle width and storage steel rack specifications would affect the decision of pallet size also considered. A systematic decision process is developed and the multiple attribute decision making method is applied in the procedure.zh_TW
