摘要: 近年來進出臺灣旅客大增,中正國際機場八十三年旅客人數已突破一 千三百萬人次,超出當初規劃的最大容量八百萬人次。然第二期擴建工程 尚在進行中,所以管理當局已著手改善現有航廈空間、增加設備,但旅客 出境流程之改善及設備利用率之提高亦是值得探討之問題。 經深入探 討中正國際機場在每日各時段出境報到、證照查驗、安全檢查櫃檯及停機 坪停機位之使用情況,發現上午七點至八點及十點至十一點報到櫃檯已不 敷使用;十二點至十三點停機坪停機位已達飽和。本研究提出了幾個改善 方案,並以模擬分析其可行性,經比較各方案之優缺點後提出建議。 Due to sharply increasing passengers, Chiang Kai-Shen (CKS) International Airporthandles more than 13 millions passengers in 1994, which is far exceeded the 8millions maxmium designed capacity. However, because the second expansion terminal has not been completed yet, the airport authority, therefore, is proceedingaggressively with improvement toward the first terminal such as expanding thebuilding, increasing the facility, etc. Among them, to improve the departure processand increase the facility using rate are important and worth to study and becomes the objective of the thesis.This study collect and analyze the data of the current departure processes such as check-in, immigration inspection, safety inspection and aprons. A simulation modelis then formulated and simulated. The check- in operation during the morning of 7 to 8and 10 to 11 are then identified as bottleneck. Also the aprons are saturated during12 to 13. Several improvement alternatives are then proposed to release both problems. Each alternative is formulated and studyed with a simulation model.Simulation results of the alternatives are compared. The comments and feasibilty ofeach alternative is then made for reference to the airport authotity.Key words : Chiang Kai-Shen, check-in, immigration inspection, safety inspection
