臺汽客運一般公路路線調整之研究

Abstract

早年之台汽客運幾乎完全承擔各項公路客運運輸之任務；但近二十年來， 由於民營客運業發展及自用小客車、機車持有與使用之迅速成長，台汽客 運之角色與其路線需作適度之調整。基於此，本研究以台汽客運公營客運 身份為考量，在擔負路線政策性任務以提供各地基本客運運輸服務為前題 ，經由計算各地區客運服務之空間可及性指標瞭解各地客運服務供應現況 （83年度）之空間可及能力，再依各地空間可及程度分佈狀況，建立不同 地區空間可及標準。最後，由此標準與有/無台汽客運一般公路路線服務 之狀況，評估其路線功能之良窳，並提出台汽一般公路路線調整之建議。 本研究之路線範圍為台汽客運各運輸處所經營之一般公路路線，空間範圍 涵蓋全省 307 個鄉鎮市。研究結果顯示，如貢寮、雙溪、烏來等地區地 方客運所提供之空間可及性不佳，台汽客運應增加此些地區之路線或班次 ；而如新店、樹林、瑞芳等地區民營客運已提供不錯之空間可及性，台汽 客運可減少此些地區之路線或班次。 關鍵詞：台汽客運、一般公路路線 、路線調整、空間可及性指標 、路線功能、運輸服務水準。 T.M.T.C. （Taiwan Motor Transit Co.） provided all types of public transit service at early age in Taiwan .
